I’m not quitting meds but splitting them up at the times I take them.

Lithium
Clonidine
Propranolol
Abilify
Benzthropine
At 12pm

Clonidine
Latuda
At 6pm

And

Lithium
Propranolol
Benzthropine
Clonidine
Amitriptyline at 12am

I thought about taking the abilify at an earlier time just because I think I need to get a grip before I start my day

Is Abilify activating? Is Latuda activating? Are any of your meds activating?

My antipsychotic, Perphenazine, has a short term antianxiety effect. The medication is calming, that is. That’s why I spread it out.

They both do I think but the latuda is a much higher dose I asked the med clinic doctor about it she said well discuss at my next appointment but that’s two months away
