There should be no problem having 2 protein drinks a day as long as you are eating other foods and drinking plenty of water. The problem with protein is that if it’s the only thing you eat on a very low calorie diet it can cause kidney damage, especially if you’re not drinking enough…but 60 grams of protein from a shake shouldn’t hurt you. But i agree with the others that real food would be better, cuz it’ll make you feel full longer than a liquid. I used to be a registered dietitian like 12 years ago.
I’ve been eating lots of other foods. Do you know how many eggs is too many? I hard boiled eggs and pealed them so I would have them ready and every time I felt peckish or snacky I would just eat an egg
Assuming your cholesterol is normal and your health is good you can have 2 a day.

I’m only worried because it’s 4pm and I’m hungry so I’m eating this now. But I know I might get hungry again later
If you are hungry later maybe celery with peanut butter or cream cheese spread on it might be a good way to have a snack.

I don’t think it’s recommended for people with an eating disorder to count calories.
I think dieting isn’t working for you. Try to find something to keep yourself busy. Eat something healthy to get to where you don’t feel hungry but you’re not stuffed and then occupy your mind. Leave the house if you have to
I have to count calories. When I don’t I gain a lot of weight
I still have calories left for the day but I’m trying so hard to stay as low as possible. I had gotten down to 194 then I gained all the way back up to 218. I feel like a failure
Get a cup of hot hot hot tea or decaf coffee and sip it slowly to help the compulsion diminish.
Sometimes chewing sugarless gum helps me when I get cravings.
But you have to eat a diet you can stick with. I really think you should aim for more calories per day
I ended up eating 1650 today and I think that’s a good number. I’m going to bed in an hour and I don’t feel hungry at the moment. Still have crazy cravings but trying to resist. Might buy a bag of pretzels next time I’m at the store, I’m always able to pace myself with pretzels and make them last a long time vs chips which are high in fat and I eat way too much at once.
