Hi, I tried a higher dose of clozapine yesterday and it has really improved my delusions! The problem is that I am extremely sedated with it… might there be anything I could take in the morning to wake me up?

Maybe Armodafinil can help. Talk to your doctor about it.
I took it in the morning before leaving for work.

When I took it I was on an anti-depressant at the same time (effexor) which helped a lot with the sedation.
