seems like even when people taper for a long time they still get bad withdrawal symptoms. i stopped benzos cold turkey not even taking them for very long and it was hell i felt like even 50 days days after stopping i was still feeling bad and yesterday i felt like i was very close to having a panic attack
If you’re at the 50 day mark you have to just wait it out I think. Unless you were actually taking them to prevent panic attacks in the first place.
I had withdrawals for months afterwards.
Withdrawals come and go in waves but get less over time.
