Is there a cure for these thoughts?

What would be the cure for intrusive thoughts? Also having someone psychicly putting thoughts and images in your mind, how do you protect your mind from such people?

Have someone in my body all this time, feel so tired. Feel someone is psychicly doing this to me. Need my privacy and peace and silence.

It’s a paranoid thing. Trying to be in control of the normal things cause this. Let go of that tight grip you have. Hold on loosely but don’t let go.

You’re being too aware of things that you only suffer from being aware of.

Keep yourself busy. Keep self talk to a minimum. Be loose be disciplined.
