so i have been experimenting with pot and prozac for about 3 years and i found out that they completely ruined my libido and sexual desire alongside erection. so is there any cure for that?.

Pot probably isn’t helpful - on many different areas.
Different anti-depressant medications have different side effects - so if you talk to the doctor, they should be able to try different anti-depressants that have fewer side effects than prozac. There are many newer medications that have much fewer side effects. One which recently went generic is called duloxetine.

The cause of it is probably pre-diabetes or diabetes due to the anti-psychotics, if you can correct that things should return to normal. Also pot lowers testosterone so that could be another cause. Vigorous exercise might miraculously cure you, also supplements such as L-Glutamine and Arginine might help alot, anything that will stimulate Growth Hormone will work. Also eating a very healthy diet will help, like nothing unhealthy at all ever, that helped me alot.

Is there a cure or treatment for med-induced erectile dysfunction? - no. Viagra and the likes fail spectacularly at treating med-induced impotence. Best bet is to remove the offending drug, if possible. Prozac and other SSRIs are famous for causing impotence.
When I was on a much higher dose of seroquel and prozac and I was a pot smoker I was so out of it I didn’t even think of sex.
My meds got adjusted, I got off the prozac and went to xanax and most of all… I quit the pot. That right there made all the difference in the world.
I’m guessing you are a guy since you used the word impotence. there seems to be more information for women when you google it. Here’s what I found that looked good:
