Is sz/sza fundermentally a thought problem?

No. It has a physical basis otherwise you could read a book and be cured.

I think a head injury affects it.

It can’t be cured by positive thinking or diet changes, that’s clear. Maybe some very advanced psychotherapy combined with hypnosis might relieve underlying trauma(s) but it’s just a thought of mine that I can’t prove.

Not just a thought problem, it can be considered a thought disorder though.

There are a bunch of different symptoms that come along with sz too.

Brain studies have shown different amounts of activity in the brain with sz then those who don’t have sz.
