I don’t agree with smashing alarm clocks since oversleeping can occur then.
I slept 12 and now I feel like crap
tried getting less sleep so I could have more time for activities…but it didn’t last for me, I just couldn’t keep it up. now im back to sleeping 9 hours a night and feel much better. I don’t use an alarm clock, I just get up when I wake up. sleeping too much can be a problem for me sometimes, the longer I sleep at night the harder it is to get up and going each day.
if your doing ok getting 6 hours, more power to you.
I need like ten or else I can’t function
I need 10 hours the majority of the days
I guess it depends on the person but I think its best not to push yourself. 8 hours for me is ideal
Mania can cause you to need less, but then when depression hits a person can require a lot like say 10 hours for example. To stay steady maybe 8 is a good idea? Idk
