It’s certainly being pushed by the advertisers on the forum here. I’m living in Thailand so I don’t know how hard it would be to get but I’m thinking anything is worth a try.

I’m having a really hard time these day-s… This illness is so tough. Currently taking 1mg Haldol, a multi-vitamin and fish oil pills.
