Is rispiridone consta sedating

My first AP was risperdal and I found it sedating. Was just wondering if the injection is as sedating as the pill form if anyone here takes it.

Thanks. I have been reading posts about the different injections available and this sounds like the most sensible switch for me right now.

When I took it over a decade ago it sedated me. For the past couple of years it hasn’t sedated me. I’m on the pill and injection. I’m thinking Sarcosine might be the reason now I’m not sedated anymore.

It is really good for my positive symptoms. I just really don’t want to do much on it though.

I take the Risperdal injection and it’s not sedating for me.
