Dear all
I have encountered a study that states that Risperidone has a negligible effect on hallucinations. In this study, Seroquel and Amilisipride were far more effective. Does anyone know if this is substantiated by other studies? I would also appreciate any experience of hallucinations and Risperidone.

Risperidone literally did nothing for me.
Invega(spellcheck) was definantly the most effective but its very very expensive.
after about 500mg/day of seroquel it helped me as well
For me Risperdal takes care of my hallucinations and delusions, not so great for my paranoia.
I did well on Seroquel but had to get off of it for medical reasons
