I don’t eat fish, but Red Lobster will serve you up biscuits with their fish and mashed potatoes, so why not?

Haha I love the options. I don’t think there’s a single thing biscuits wouldn’t go well with, I consider them sort of a universal side dish.

Ewww nope no fish

Ah… I misunderstood. I was under the impression that you were somehow mixing the fish and biscuits together, resulting in a most nauseating concoction.

I think you mean fish cakes?

Yeah a fish cake is good and you can use up tinned fish. Mum used to make em and add a little curry powder for some flavour. Add sweet chilli sauce and you have a decent meal with some veges!

I had to see that you meant biscuits as in the American form, and not what we call biscuits here in Australia. With the American form of biscuit, they look delicious! I love fish and potato.

An American biscuit recipe is what we would call a scone. Same basic stuff.

Are scones kind of like a hard biscuit to dunk in coffee?

No a scone is like an American biscuit. Soft…although you can make it hard I suppose. Our biscuits are much harder and dunkable. Scones are nice with cream and strawberry jam. Really is the bomb!
