Is it unhealthy

to stay awake for a long enough time that sleep seems like the best thing in the world, the thought of getting under the covers and curling up and drifting away seems like the best thing in the world. or is it best to sleep on a consistent schedule regardless of actual tiredness

consistency and habit are very important. when you have regular sleep your body can find homeostasis and balance, you can also plan your days better and it allows your life to be more organized and scheduled

I go to bed every night at the same time, and if I can’t fall asleep I take some extra clozapine. That gets the job done.
