I was reading and it seems the d2/5ht2a receptor ratio is what makes the atypical antipsychotics less likely to cause tarditive dyskinesia. Well the ratio for clozapine is like 20 and the ratio for Iti-007 is 59.
That’s the big question about iti-007, all the clinical trials were short term. It would take years to see if it caused TD.

Clozapine is not supposed to cause tardive dyskinesia I thought? Or cause it very minimally?
