Lets say you wish to be a higher being all your life and you wish so hard that you develop sz and you start to feel you are a higher being.

That’s not how mental illness works, no. You can’t just wish to get a mental disorder and then develop one.

I wish I could have enlightenment without the torture and misery that sz brings. Sz is the twisting of enlightenment into something dark and miserable.

Sometimes I get scared that I faked my sz. I don’t want to be a hypocrite. I’d rather die than be a fake.

No I dont think a person can wish himself into illess.
It is part genetic and enviromental for most people.
For others it is brain damage by trama.Or it is substance induced.

No, it doesn’t work that way. And having sz doesn’t make you a higher being. That’s a delusion.
If you want to “get woke,” there are lots of ways to do that without developing a mental illness.
I don’t think so but i think deeper seeking and philosophy cab be touchy for some.
