Is it possible that the first weird event you experience was real, and that lead to psychosis?

I experienced something that seemed very unlikely but not impossible that could happen as the first thing I remember from psychosis.

Is it possible that the first strange thing you experienced could be real, and that it set up an expectation for the mind to create other unlikely events?

Yes it is possible.

But like often in life you’ll never get closure.

It’s better to move on knowing you’ll never know the truth.

For me it felt the same and I followed this perspective for a long time. If it would be true I would be a god like criminal.

Because of that I stopped taking my meds a few times.

Not impossible that strange things could be real, but it’s the reaction we have, like uncontrolable emotions and paranoid thinking that leads us into psychosis. Psychosis is kind of another word for break from reality. But in the vast majority of cases it’s a more likely scenario that the mind “short circuits” in response to stress or some other form of unbalance. Thinking out of the box can be a good trait if you can control it, but if you think too far out of the box you easily go insane.

I find it strange how psychosis starts off extremely comforting and funny then it flips 180 gradually…

Possibly…I was breaking down the you tube algorithms and then plugging them into pictures. It seemed to link up to real world events. But then I had the delusion I was Q anon definitely a strong delusion that led to psychosis. So I believe something that really happened to you could lead to complications of schizophrenia. Especially if you experience trauma with that event
I hope this helps.

I could ask the same question because I thought some things that happened to me were real still.
