Is it paranoid to think

that every thing someone does is in response to u…and that when they post cryptic things online (not to u) that it is actually a message meant for u?

That definitely sounds a bit paranoid so I would try not to read into it too much.

It is more like a delusion of reference. The world doesn’t work like that. People aren’t sending you any messages and even if they are it would be less likely.

The neighbour below is Sz, and he gets delusions of reference all the time. Quite often he’s stormed out the building, ready to-do someone, cos he thinks the postman sent him a special message.

I would rather keep the thought broadcasting i have lol.

Limiting your online activity when paranoid thoughts escalate is the best solution.

If you like to read, then read a book, a newspaper or watch a subbed movie.

Definitely don’t stalk people online and don’t assume it’s all about you. Nobody attracts THAT much interest from people. Not even celebrities.

Thanks for the tips…ill try that

That’s my only ongoing delusion lol it goes away and then comes back to bite me in the ass.

it’s weird isn’t it how u can think something and it go away and then when it comes back u still believe it. mine are always being hacked, poisonings, being stalked, being framed, and people on the internet being reactive to me and sending me messages. I feel less worried today but not 100 percent less worried. i took double my night dose of haldol last night and slept like 10 hrs haha

Yeah I also feel less worried lol now that i’m medictaed I just think they are trying to shame me or know about stuff I did. But in the past I thought a lot of far fetched stuff that I was going to write, but don’t want to get your thread closed.
