Is it fine being alone?

I’m an introvert and like being alone. Is that okay? I won’t get psychotic by being alone all the time? (I’m on medication).

You still need some kind of relationships in your life. But being alone is ok, just not too alone

I’m an introvert too, and it’s ok. There is a lot of negativity in society towards introverts. I participate in activities at my psychiatric care provider and have a couple of friends I talk to on the phone however.

Other than hanging out with my daughter on the weeks she is here I am alone. I really don’t mind at all.
