Yeah I used to want one child but I think that’s going to pass. I am forty in four years. After forty two I won’t even consider
I was wondering why I told that, but I realised that would be misinterpreted. I didn’t mean that we shouldn’t have children from parents with schizophrenia. I meant more in the sense that people with schizophrenia can have a lot of kids and, if it wasn’t condoms, there would be a lot of unwanted kids (I don’t mean in the sense of kids who shouldn’t be born, but in the sense of kids that parents won’t take care of).
Oh okay. I plan to take care of my child no matter what. But I see your point.

Well the meds stop girls periods. They still get a light moonflow whilst not drinking soda nor milk. The problem is… we as schizophrenics push our significant other away because we are afraid of our child being mistreated and stigmatized the way we were growing up and still are. Often our partner is willing to try.

Some of the ones that increase prolactin, but it’s not healthy. High prolactin levels increase risk for cancers, bone problems. The doctor should do blood tests to monitor for this.

Those issues are caused not by sz but by meds used to treat it.
Like @LED neither schizophrenia or APs have ever interfered with my periods.
I got pregnant at the height of an episode while on APs,
If evolution were watching out for us, that would have been impossible.
Nothing is destined or designed,
It just is.

The way I view the rest of my life now doesn’t have a woman in it, and that makes it impossible to have babies.
