Am I delusional to want to get involved with beliefs about positive and negative energies, like Kabala? I feel I need rituals, boundaries to follow and a community to be involved with, so I’m choosing Jewish mystics. Possibly re converting to judaism.

I don’t think it’s delusional just to follow a spirituality. Just be careful about it triggering delusions.

I was worried about the triggers, because last time I got involved with xtianity it drove me insane.

Ah that’s not good. Maybe ask your doctor about it before you do anything or at least inform them that you are going to go into it.
Cause that way if any problems arise everything is prepared so you can get the care you need.

Will do. I’ve already told my parents and they worried about the same, but they said they’ll help keep an eye on me as well.
