Does anybody seem to be wondering through life wondering where there mind is and why don’t they have normal one? Just lost in a delusion or delusions and gone completely insane.

depersonalisation sucks but I hope to beat it one day.
I have so many hopes, I am losing count, need to write it all down neatly on paper so I don’t lose track of it all

According to Wikipedia:
’ Depersonalization is the third most common psychological symptom, after feelings of anxiety and feelings of depression’
I find it funny that they separate these three, to me they are kind of all very alike, interlinked.
