@mjseu I still have thoughts about moving abroad, but I don’t know if it’s necessary.
I think I’ll do well in Israel.
My most intense thoughts about moving abroad were when I was off medications.

I see that your moods are more stable now, now extremes as it was once when you posted, meds are good. I just took mine at my regular time, also I did 600 exercise movements, and now ready for some bodycombat.
