Is Egg a brain food?

I eat 4 eggs every morning. It makes me feel great. I’m a vegetarian as well so I don’t get the nutrients out of meat. I take a lot of pills every morning and sometimes I feel overwhelmed. As soon as I eat eggs I feel balanced. It’s the healthiest food in my opinion. Do any of you experience the same with eggs or any other food?

I don’t like boiled eggs but yeah the egg white is supposed to be very healthy. 4 eggs are like 400 calories.
I eat 1 or 2 bananas as breakfast usually, and at lunch, I eat a small pita bread sandwich. I am only eating dinner around 700 calories max to take medication with it.

Eggs are a brain food.
They contain Choline.

I consider eating 2500 calories a good day for me.

so 150 - 250 bananas in the mornings. 350-500 calories for lunch. 500-700 calories for dinner.

oh, 1400 max, that’s pretty amazing

The yoke of the egg has all the brain nutrients in it. Don’t forget about it.

It is amazing, isn’t it? But my metabolism is ruined because I am not losing any body fat percentage and the scale is not budging!

I use a calorie method and it works. One sec.

Healthy weight x 11man 10 woman= Basic calorie needs

Basic calorie needs x % activity level= Basic activity needs
(.2 sedentary, .3 low active, etc)

Basic calorie needs+ basic activity neeeds x .1= Digestion needs

Basic calories+ Basic activity+ Digestion= total calories you have to eat a day to be that weight

Mine is 2686.2 calories a day to be 185 lbs

So in pounds I guess?

What do go by, and what country are you from?

Can you do the math, this is complicated for my little brain.

My goal weight is around 120 pounds.
My activity level is sedentary, only on weekends there is a little bit of activity, yoga two hours a week and some walking.

I live in Canada but I use metric system

120 x 10= 1200

1200 x. 2 = 240

1200+240 x.1=144

1200+240+144= 1584 total calories

yeah so I need to cut out some more calories or exercise. I guess this is why I am only maintaining my weight. I really have to lose 40 pounds. I am 160 right now, my goal is 120.

When you burn 3500 calories you lose a lb. So you are probably burning a couple hundred a day.

burn as in exercise and eating less than your normal amount of calories
