Yeah that much caffeine, 700 -1000mg is bad for your heart health.

I ended up taking Tylenol before sleep yesterday as I got headache and nausea, my blood pressure was high 152/101 106bpm heart rate. This morning I wokeup with hedache too and took Tylenol again. Now I am fine though, its 12:38pm and no headache or pain feeling normal. I will never go above 400-500mg/day again.
