Is all emotions important?

For a healthy mind ?

No, anger is not healthy.

Whats the purpose of anger? It must be developed for a reason

Anger can be motivating if you put it to constructive purpose. Angry about kids going without food? Help out at a school lunch program. Raise funds for a food bank, etc.

All emotions are important and are there for a purpose. Stuffed, repressed anger leads to depression and other health problems.

Lol after years I cried !

Good emotion feels so good after it !

But also got running nose along :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Mostly it could be the meds, or environment events!

Not quite sure the reason!

As multiple events fell in place :person_shrugging:

Edit : Again crying as I don’t know the reason or confirm the reason or realise why I am crying :sob:

I better sleep now/ nope I will take a shower!

its normal to be emotional. its better to express them to repress them. that being said you dont want to be controlled by your emotions. logic must remain in the drivers seat of your mind while giving place for emotions.

See now I stopped crying and I have no clue the reason for crying.

I was in tears and running nose plus my voice was audible like I was crying at work !

Now they have got some reason to make up stuff !

You know it’s been so long after crying.

I don’t even remember when that last time I cried this way was in school.

When teaches told to call my parent as I was making noise at prayer time !
