Does updating to the newest version get rid of malware?
Nothing is wrong with my phone right now, but I copied a Facebook link to send to my mom and once it sent I realized it might be a bad link,
My mom didn’t click on it because she realized it too
I updated my iPhone and am wondering if that’s enough
It’s probably a phishing attempt and not malware. If it is malware updating will probably not remove it. iPhone is a closed system so who knows what kind of antimalware they have behind the scene.
@Mars Ok. So if you click on copy link, but don’t open it from the link, are you most likely ok?
