After 2yrs. My pdr told me that only 5% of those who get a first psychosis can live off meds without symptoms.
Same thing happened with me on Olanzapine. Stopped it and now I canāt sleep.
Iāve been taking antihistamines like Doxylamine Succinate or hypnotics to sleep. Occasionaly Lorazepam.
I canāt sleep without some sort of pill.
Unison Sleep Tabs (Doxylamine Succinate) is the most effective OTC sleep med I have found. You can buy it from Amazon.
For me, all the herbal remedies, melatonin, teas, etc. donāt work at all, not even a little.

Anyway, Iām not a doctor and thatās what you need, but if you refuse to go to one try taking some melatonin as directed on the bottle and going to bed at the same time every night and trying to get as much rest as you can.
