Does anyone else get these?, not hallucinations, but vivid images and become scared that the images have some meaning or could be premonitions and warnings

Yes, this used to happen to me quite often.
Very unsettling, but try not to attach any meaning to these random images.

I have OCD as well as sza and OCD can cause disturbing images, they can be very scary.

I get thoughts that are scary. I don’t see images but hear voices in the form of thoughts that are cruel all the time. It never ends. Like catch 22. The problem is inescapable.

Yes i have intrusive imaginings in my minds eye at times.

Yes. Used to get them alot. Still do from time to time.
I used to get them a lot.
When i was delusional i thought they were deities fighting wars in space. I could see battles in space or space exploration and other stuff.
Ive also had bad ones when i had mixed mood episodes that were all violent it was quite disturbing.

sounds like you aren’t stable…I would tell your pdoc immediately.

Yes ive had these. Ive had them so strong it was like a opaque tv in front of my face

Yes, I experience something similar, for me it feels like I am being forced to see someone else’s thoughts.
Yeah I get images and they are really annoying. Usually mine look a little cartoon-like in that they are sort of simplified images in a blue and white glow coloring. Occasionally they look realistic. Mine usually don’t seem like they could be premonitions though. They just seem like something a malicious child would send as a taunt. There have been occasions when the voices have made predictions, but most of the time they are entirely wrong so I try to not think about them too much.
Yep I’ve experienced that. It can be scary.
Yeah the really intrusive ones feels like it takes over your vision

I get crazy closed eye hallucinations.

Id get closed eye hallucinations but when i would have my eyes open i could still see it going on in my “minds eye” or whatever you call it.
One annoying one was id just see sonic the hedgehog repeatedly drowning then getting an air bubble then turning into supersonic over and over lol like all day
I think it could also be a combo of hallucination and ocd

I also have open eye hallucinations which are like actually seeing stuff like beings walking or floating around my room.

I never had beings thankfully but id see like random purple or blue blobs of light roaming around and sometimes colored red green blue yellow tornados of light zooming around the room. And i kept seeing rainbows appearing over people.

there is more to realize and comprend about it.
I don’t have one. I have been referred again, but on a waiting list for an appointment.
I have pure-O, it’s far away from pleasant…
