I’m starting a peer support Course soon and its internationally recognised so I hope I pass, its 40hrs over 10 weeks, I got the package yesterday morning

they sent me a thick workbook and i think i need to watch a video and read some stuff before it starts.

I’m page 40 through my work book, its over 200 pages and another 40 reminder sheets at the back, its a great booklet and i am learning so much from it, its very challenging but in an eye opening way.
I’m really enjoying the course online as well but i wasnt in a good place last Wednesday, was upset about something, a bit paranoid and not feeling like sharing much but i still managed to join in best i could, i used the chat feature and took a break.
