I started my therapy homework today. It gives room for 3 things to work on, but it covers anger, misery, sadness, etc already. What should I start tracking that I can work on in therapy???
I would choose misery
Personally, I would look for ways to work on my anger issues. It really depends which one gives you the most trouble
It would be impulsivity for me.

@anon20787234, I didn’t explain it well. The things I mentioned, including misery, all have to be tracked already. I need 3 other things to track that I add to the list myself.
