I feel the same today. I haven’t been doing so well the last few weeks. Sorry you’re suffering.
Try walking with music. Helps me. Especially if you can get out to the country side or by a river etc.
Deep breathing or meditation also helps me, as does writing.

I think (objectively) the world we live in has lots of boredom. One solution is think about something to do. Most people watch the TV, but generally that is not so entertaining to me. I don’t have activity all the time, but sometimes that is not so bad. There are some time-consuming activities I have, such as reading.
Many people tell me I have to make plans ahead of time. True?
