Inositol + Caffeine is very similiar to L Theanine + Caffeine.
Most Energy drinks contain Inositol + Caffeine but alongside they put Taurine in it. Inositol and Taurine don’t really mix well from my experience, They also put 50mg of Inositol which doesn’t really do much.
6g of Inositol + Caffeine is the new way of waking up for me. Share your experiences if you tried both.
Until you posted this, I didn’t realize that I had tried the combination of Inositol and Caffeine when I drank a big glass of orange juice and an espresso coffee in the morning. Thanks for sharing.
