How are we able to quiet our inner voices. How are we able to calm the violent and painfull emotions. Maybe meditations the answere but there are so many forms. Im going to study stillness and maybe the emptying of the mind. Any thoughts?

Yes meditation, mindfulness exercises, concentration exercises… these help… I used to do guided meditations every morning and affirmations… I should get back to that…
