Phenibut can cause dependence when taken regularly. People who use phenibut regularly and then stop taking it may experience withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms can include decreased appetite, nausea, muscle aches, fast heart rate, anxiety, agitation, trouble sleeping, and seizures.

I was thinking of asking for depots but I hear they really hurt for a long time afterward. How long do yours hurt?

Mine hurts for a couple days. I kinda like the pain of it tho… kinda weird. It’s really not that bad. I take abilify maintena 200mg but I used to take invega shots.
Like 3 days, top.
It just hurts the muscle that got shot.
Invega Sustenna is usually done in the shoulders and Trinza in the buttocks because it has a high volume/concentration

i get trinza in the arm. we alternate left and right arm. my nurse said if i ever get over 200 pounds she will have to use a bigger needle.
4 days. Use a bottle of Icy Hot gel to put over your bandaid. 
Do you get shots because you wanted that over pills or is it more of a non-compliance thing (if you don’t mind me asking)
I contemplated asking about risperdal consta but don’t want to be unable to sit down for a few days afterwards.
