I’m not sure what an “informationally administered” reward is. Is that just saying “you did a good job?”
Yeah, what is an informationally administered reward?
I searched on Google and found this:
“So verbal rewards need to be informative, not controlling, and preferably not given solely in expected appraisals.” From this site under the heading “positive feedback”:
https://generallythinking.com/rewards-and-motivation/
So telling someone they did a good job as a verbal reward is what we’re talking about here.
For some reason Im still a little confused lol.
Im not sure this helps me a whole lot because I dont have a lot of intrinsic motivation (to do the laundry Im avoiding at the moment for example) so Im not sure that someone telling me how well I did it would help my avolition very much.
Oh I see, from the last sentence this is just in reference to playing brain games.
I still don’t get it…
Here donkey, donkey, looky the carrot on the stick, c’mere.
