Do you guys, maybe get really anxious when playing any competitive game, and suddenly the voice chat seems like there all trying to bring you down, or is it nerd humour i do not get, But i kind of like not playing as much, i stress way less.

I used to feel like this. It was just paranoia.
The rare times I do online gaming I don’t bother using a headset and mic to talk to people, I don’t even play with friends for this reason. I prefer to play without the headset mic, maybe you could try the same, I find it much better playing online games without talking to anyone. Saying that I will only play for 25 to 30 minutes, have not played in a while now.

people were talking about me in codes (and i knew how to decipher those codes)
now i understand that even if they are talking like that it doesnt deserve my attention
it would mean they are evil basically and you would want to stay away from such people anyway
but since its immposible that all of them are evil it just means my brain was playing with me
@kuckuckkuc did you mean you were psychotic because of the paranoia, of you were normal and medicated or whatever but you knew they were talking like that, or is that how the voice triggers or something?
What if that happened if you were studying or working yu know.

Almost all the games I play are meant for single player. So even if it has a multiplayer option it is not that attractive of an option.
I used to play drunken Halo a lot but I guess I never paid much attention to the chatter I was too busy being shot at then killed then respawned then killed then respawned ad infinitum.
It just went away on meds.
