After about 3 months of tapering down on my AP, I’ve decided to go back up.
I was just doing better on the higher dose. It always feels disappointing when that happens, but I’m trying not to beat myself up about it.

I did cold turkey 6mg risperidone for 9 days last time before symptoms started to appear.

@Gamera Good for you for knowing what dose of the medications is most beneficial to you. Not everyone has that kind of insight.

I take a high dose of zyprexa. You have to do what you have to do to stay healthy.

I was having a hard time coping but trying to convince myself that I was fine.
I hate that I’m like this with meds. They make you feel just good enough to start thinking maybe you don’t need them anymore.

Wow, that’s a big drop all at once. I’m so sensitive I start feeling shaky going down just 1 mg at a time.
