In one week it is already March and then in the end of March seagulls will arrive and then spring, it was quite cold in January (below -20 C few weeks), but I have not had any major depression in this winter. I am glad.

I am glad that you didn’t suffer any great depression this past winter…hopefully it will stay the same

Yeah I’m glad that you avoided depression this winter.

I got hit pretty hard with severe depression this Winter, I basically am over it now.

It got rough for a while there.
