What do you hope to accomplish in the new year? I’m wanting to continue working on improving my quality of life by getting control over my anxiety and to stop having to plan everything around whether or not something is going to make me anxious. I’m learning anxiety is just another emotion. I wouldn’t plan a trip to the grocery store based on whether or not I may get jealous or sad so why have I let anxiety control my life? Anyway I see hope for 2018 and I’m excited for the new year. That doesn’t usually happen to me and I wanted to share it with you. What are your hopes for the new year?

I have hopes… fitness, health, lose weight, work, travel.
My biggest hope is to find a med, or med combination that totally takes away my voices.
Additionally I want to go back to school and succeed at it.
Quitting smoking would be nice. But I am not putting too much pressure on myself in regards to that.
Also taking up a martial art would be awesome.
