My mother in law said when I found out about my new case manager that she is not allowed in the house she doesn’t want those people in her house snooping around

Hmm! My support worker never snoops. She just talks to me. I have a small place but she never asked to look around.
It looks like you pay a sizable amount of rent each month plus other duties they have you do. A little slack would be nice for you.

I talked to them about at least letting her in the back apartment. They said that will be fine. But they also said if the apartment is a mess then they can have me locked up

She doesn’t want your caseworker to come in because you’re in an obviously abusive environment and she doesn’t want to be arrested for abuse of a disabled person.
