In Finland we oftenly meet our nurses/therapists/doctors via videocalls.
I’ve already have had almost 30 videocall-meetings with my psych team. Does some of you in other countries do the same?

I saw my therapist online but never met my psychiatrists online.

We started to meet up via videocalls after the corona disease. And since that it became a routine.

When I was under the perinatal mental health team when pregnant we did video calls. Both with the psychiatrist and also psych nurse. But my usual community mental health team doesn’t do that.

Sometimes I do video call if I am lazy and sometimes will drive in.

We meet in person, even during corona, but you are directed not to come if you have flu like symptoms. Then it’s the ER if you have to go, but you still have to tell them if you have symptoms in advance.
