In a weird mood this morning

Maybe my 3 hours of sleep at a time is starting to catch up with me and I’m having a mental break, but I’m in a silly mood.

Please ignore any poor , on the fly attempts at humor this morning.

I’m okay. I exercised 30 mins on my exercise bike and went for a 30 min walk and got me a latte at the station.

Whenever I don’t take clozapine I just have more energy.

Besides that I’m ruminating whether I’ll be on disability for life or not.

Hoping you can take a nap to get some more sleep!

And people wonder why I’m up doing laundry at 3:00 in the morning I can’t seem to get all my work done during the day I have to run people around for their jobs and livelihood so I don’t get my chores done

I am almost feeling a bit manic. Maybe I have “sza”. I might also have “R” “V” “Q” and other various letters of the alphabet.

Not really, I would probably wake people up getting the harness, bags and whatnot. Plus it’s only 3:43am here, pitch black outside and 20 degrees F.

Its catching… im in a bit of a weird mood too.
I slept 10 hours because i was up 24 hours the day before
I feel rested now was up at 7am this morning :sunrise_over_mountains:
Its crazy how thoughts keep popping into my head about past events its like it does it all the time and im reliving events and conversations that happened twenty years ago or more. Give me a break somebody

First off this is hysterical and I’m glad I didn’t have coffee in my mouth when I read it. Lately I have been laughing too much liquid out of my nose and I think it’s bad for my sinuses.

Second off, I have soooo many letters next to my name I’m going to have to start Roman numerals or something.
