I’m so tired. I feel like I need sleep, and I just realised I won’t be able to sleep in past 9 tomorrow.
I tried taking a nap earlier, but I couldn’t fall asleep, and now it feels like it’s too early in the evening (8:30pm) to go to bed.
My brain feels worn out
I’m tired of being constantly tired unless I have coffee.
What do you guys do to feel energized through the day, yet fall asleep at night?
