I got barely any work done today.
Abilify might be making me tired. It might just be general lack of sleep.
Who here has sleeping difficulties.
I dooooo. Just since last month
Went back on abilify last month. Who knows what abilify is able to do. Not me. 
do you find ability is more of an activating med thats why you can’t sleep?

It might be yes. Like hyping me up so much that I can’t sleep even though I’m internally exhausted.

They say this one is like one of the best for weight isn’t it. But it’s quite controversial amongst the actual patients
