I'm so obese it's scary

I’m a little worried that I’m 330 lbs. now. I’m 6’3" or so. For a while I’ve been obese. I don’t know what to do about my diet. I thought I wasn’t eating all that much but the weight keeps piling on.

Dang I can relate. Last time I weighed myself I was at 240. I’ve gotten bigger since then. I’m 5’10". I’ve been trying to diet and exercise. I’ve lost a few pounds since. I think considering diet and exercise might help you as well.

Yeah my weight is sticking at 270 lbs. It could be worse I guess. My weight doesn’t interfere with anything and really don’t do much. I’m living the life.

Maybe some weight will drop off once I get working.

Eating a med is equivalent of eating An extra 1500 calories

Except you still have to eat those extra calories.

Well I guess what I’m really saying is it almost doubles calorie intake

I don’t know why body builders don’t just take zyprexa instead of eating loads. It’s a great weight gainer

When I was in jail, I dropped weight massively despite the fact that I was getting three meals a day. Sometimes I ate more in a day than I would outside the jail, and yet the pounds kept falling. Maybe because the way the meals were timed? Oh well, that was like 3 years ago and now I go between 175 and 195 at 5’ 11’. My jail weight was 140. I’d love to hit a button and be 140 again.

My arrest was based on wandering about town causing trouble and damaging property. Nothing violent, I just feel the need to mention it if I mention jail at all. Was in there a few months and the charges were dropped.

APs also increase prolactin which interferes with muscle growth. I’ve researched it a little. And I’m pretty sure the weight gain is related to the same mechanisms that prevent muscle growth.

Was jail frightening? And thanks for the information. At what times did you have meals?

Well I actually want to start eating like a body builder. Like 6 meals a day of some veggies and small protein. I know it takes more math then that you have to to work out macros based on bmi and stuff.

Yeah I’m overweight too.
Today I was on track with my diet though.

So it would be counter productive to take it? I mean for a bodybuilder who didn’t need it as an antipsychotic.

I’m also overweight and haven’t managed to lose much of anything >_>

Counting calories is the best solution. Using a free app like MyFitnessPal makes it easier. It’s not so much about what you eat it’s about how much you eat. Diets don’t tend do last and don’t address this core issue. I’ve been counting my calories and managed to lose a few pounds (haven’t gained any extra,) so I’m happy so far. Add in exercise and you will lose weight, simple as that.

Yes, it would work against all them roids they do. And there are other ways to gain and lose weight for bodybuilders, including drugs that don’t block muscle growth. But I think you’re actually better off being a little obese, health-wise.

It was scary because they put me in solitary for a couple months and being in one room without anything to focus on is pretty scary. I had no idea I’d ever get out, since I lacked insight.

Oh, meal times were 6 AM, 12 pm, and 6 PM.

I don’t think it’s that simple. To loose weight you need to be in calorie deficit regardless. And based on what’s normal carlorie intake for a man my age and height. I have tried eating in deficit before and nothing happens. I think the solution is extreme deficit and you can further that with exercise
