All the sugar I’ve been eating is bad for me, but it has such an effect on my moods. If I don’t eat a bunch of sweet stuff I get depressed. If I do I’m in a cheerful mood.

Eat more fiber! I don’t crave sugar if I eat enough veggies like at least 3 servings a day!!
Swap confectionary for fruit! Sweet and juicy fruit! It is more satisfying in the long run and much, much healthier for you.

I got candy last night when I went to the store now I’m having to resist eating it out of boredom. That was dumb to buy so much candy.
