The flu out here this year was the worst one in ages. I don’t know if it was because of all the covid but the regular flu was nasty. Rest up and keep up the fluids and do what you need to to get well. Glad you got checked out though. Better to be sure from the experts.

It was good that you went to the ER, having breathing difficulties and a cough.
At least now they ruled out COVID and other illnesses.

I think we’re playing catchup on all the illnesses we missed over two years of masking and social distancing. I’ve been sick since the end of November. Trying to get a doctor’s appointment to follow-up on this. Sick of coughing lungs out every second day (good thing I found some extras cheap on Amazon).

Everyone around me is sick right now. My co-workers have all been sick, get better for a week, then they’re sick again. We’re having a horrible time maintaining staffing levels. It wasn’t this bad in the thick of the pandemic.

Hope you feel better soon. I was sick for 2 weeks the other day. Very bad cough… fever, little blood with the cough. Was upper Respiratory tract infection… got antibiotics… cleared up in 7 days…
