BTW, I have intermittent back problems that started when I was about your age. I wasnt real consistent about doing back exercises back then. Kinda wish I had been more consistent. Maybe my back would be in better shape now.

My physio said that the reason I feel the burning pain in my spine too, is because he says I have weak back muscles. So these muscles cannot take force well from activity or weight of my body. So the strain is passed onto my spine. I think this is not good long term for the spine and I think my physio agreed with me. Moreover, I have been diagnosed with low bone mass in my spine before. That’s why I feel I should not overwork my back when the muscles are in this state.

Sorry to hear dat. Hope it still might improve 4 u, back pain can be very distracting. I find anyway.
