I’m quite sure that changing bone structure is quite limited. They may be able to “shave” off some but can they add? What about forehead size?

I just researched it, and they can’t change your whole face shape. The only procedures available involving bone are for rhinoplasty (changing your nose), and jaw shaving, which makes your jawline more angular. That is it. Neither of these things could create a shape that looks like Kim Jong Un.

They can’t inject fat into your skull. There’s nowhere to inject it. Right under your skull are membranes called the meninges. It’s like a layer that protects your brain. Under that is your brain. As I said – nowhere to put it.
They add fillers to people’s faces, but not in the skull, and those fillers are only temporary.

I know she can’t seem to break this delusion, but I find it frustrating sometimes, and want to try and be helpful.
I read there are skull implants.
Until she gets on better meds, gets them adjusted, or learns to trust reality checking, this is how it’ll be.
