Deep breaths. Lay flat on the floor and starfish. Go through your 5 senses. Start at your feet and move up to your head. What do you feel at your toes? Legs? Hips? Stomach? Are you hungry or full? What does it feel like to feel air going in and out? What do you taste? Do you have any lingering flavors? Can you taste anything? Are you thirsty? What do you smell? What do you hear? What do you see?
